The Ardlui Hotel is a warm and comfortable country house hotel run by the Squires family for over 50 years. Fully licensed with two bars and two restaurants, the hotel incorporates an extensive range of local produce within its restaurant menus – such as fresh Loch Lomond salmon and Glen Falloch venison. Many of our dishes are prepared ‘in-house’ as we know how much everybody loves proper country style home-cooking!
The hotel presents a wine list which we believe will satisfy even the most ardent wine connoisseur. Our cosy lounge bar is well stocked, and host to a superb range of different malt whiskies and Scottish beers and is ideal for celebrating special occasions. Our loch view rooms look south over the northern-most shores of Loch Lomond, with the peak of Ben Lomond in the background. If our loch view rooms are not available for the dates you would like to stay – don’t worry – this superb view can be seen both our restaurants and lounge bar! Ardlui is very easy to find, located on the A82, some 42 miles north of Glasgow. If you are coming from the south, follow the signs for the Erskine Bridge, and after crossing follow the signs for a town called Crainlarich. This will bring you onto the A82 heading north, which takes you up the west side of Loch Lomond. Ardlui is 8 miles further on after you turn right at Tarbet. From the north, again the signs for Crianlarich should be followed.
